Hi, Helmut: I was surprised and so, so pleased to hear from you! And - all the information you sent - thank you, thank you so much! It is really helping me on information on my grandfather Marius Carl Axen. When he immigrated here, he reversed his first and middle names and went by Carl M. Axen.
It seems we have a "triangle" going here! I see from your attachments that you have "spoken" to Flemming Haugaard. I have been working with him on the Axen family (I'm his "U.S. contact"!) - he told me he had a German contact, and here it is you!
I have listed below some additional information on Marius, in bold below:

Do you need any verification on the above information that I have added?

Flemming has given you information on Marius' brother Johannes born 11 Sept 1875. I have found a Naturalization Record in Massachusetts USA, and so on Monday I am going to research Johannes (known as John here) and his immigration here. I'll let you know what I find, and yes, I can give you that list of Axen immigrants as you requested shortly after Monday.

Hi, Helmut: A note later today will follow these pictures. The picture of the 4 Axens was taken in 1880, showing father Johan, mother Grethe, and sons Ferdinand and Johannes. Other picture adds younger Marius Carl, don't know when taken.
